Our Client

Our client is one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s largest utility companies with Revenues of $1b and 250 staff.

How the relationship formed

Our client needed expertise to help split their existing Atlassian Jira and Confluence Cloud instance in order to align to entity changes. As a result of successfully performing the migration, our Client's stakeholders recognised the value of specialist skills to support their own teams skills who where in heavy demand.

How we work together

Sentify provides an Atlassian Support Service that includes support and continuous improvement help. We have both formal and informal channels to communicate. We engage on a regular basis via weekly standups, and on a more ad-hoc on-demand manner via Slack. This results in an engaged relationship where work can be completed responsively and priority can be reviewed against a backlog ensuring it aligns to business needs.

Outcome

A partner who is versed in Atlassian products that they can rely on. Sentify have provided support in a timely manner to the team, enabling them to increase productivity and outsource tasks that they don’t have time or expertise to complete. Sentify also provide reactive ad hoc expertise via a slack channel to bounce ideas and to get sanity checks on small items of work.
