CITEC is a Queensland Government agency responsible for enabling digital transformation and managing key ICT assets and services for the government. For over 50 years CITEC has provided technology infrastructure, business solutions and support to state government and commercial organisations nationwide.

Problem

CITEC faced a challenge in shifting to automated infrastructure provisioning and adopting Agile-DevOps project delivery methods. The agency needed additional internal expertise and capacity to de-risk this shift. The deadline for the project was approaching fast, and CITEC needed a solution to ensure timely delivery.
